This three-day training covers planning energy management and monitoring improvement; the third day is reserved for a practical workshop. The purpose of the course is to ensure that the participants will have a full understanding of how to go about the process of implementing the standard, the critical areas and the typical pitfalls of organisations in the past with this type of standard implementation.
